We deal with a variety of corporate transactions including management buy-outs and buy-ins acquisitions, mergers, takeovers and shareholder arrangements. We advise on business start ups and assist in shaping the structure and growth. We advise on Franchise Agreements, distributorship and agency agreements and all aspects of business law. DEBT/ASSET RECOVERY Our philosophy is to recover at the minimum expense knowing it is our client who stands to lose both value and time. We do not embarrass our client by the ferocity of the actions we take but ensure swift reaction to instructions. The options are spelt out and the cost consequences explained. It is our client who determines, based on the advice we have provided, the manner in which they wish to proceed.
